This directory contains the supporting files for the article:

Here you will find:

	*.txt		test run output.

	Makefile	FreeBSD "bsd.mk" style.  Should be trivial to port.

	binheap.h	The implmentation of binary heap/B-heap and a couple
	binheap.c	of other variants.

	fig*.*		Draft figures for the article
			(exept fig7 which is inline)

	main.c		Test program driver

	vmsim.c		VM system simulator.

	postproc.sh	Chews up the *.txt files, and produces fig* plots

	queue.html	Draft article.

This should allow you to reproduce the findings in the article.
